Guest Cancellations
Free cancellation if made 7 days or more before the scheduled dive/course date.
If you cancel less than 7 days before your activity:
No refund will be provided unless you present a valid medical certificate from a licensed doctor stating that you are unfit to dive (e.g. due to illness, ear problems, or medical condition).
For eLearning bookings:
The PHP 10,000 PADI eLearning fee is non-refundable once the access code has been issued and will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Bank card processing fees or bank transfer fee are non-refundable.
No-Show / Same-Day Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the activity, except in the case of a valid medical certificate as outlined above.
No refund will be given for missed trips due to:
Late arrival
Missed transportation or flight
Personal weather preferences or scheduling conflicts
Weather Cancellations
If a dive trip or course is cancelled by 200 Bar Diving Center or the El Nido Coast Guard due to unsafe weather conditions, guests will receive a full refund.
If you were enrolled in eLearning, the PHP 10,000 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Personal cancellations based on weather preference are not refundable if the trip is deemed safe to operate.
Rebooking Policy
Rebooking within 7 days of your scheduled activity is subject to availability and a PHP 1,000 rebooking fee per person, per day.
Sibaltan Wildlife Sightings
Please note that manta rays and sharks are wild animals, and sightings cannot be guaranteed.
No refunds, reimbursements, or rebookings will be issued in the event that manta rays, sharks, or other specific marine life are not observed during the dive.
