Booking & Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking:

    • PHP 10,000 per person for dive courses

    • PHP 2,000 per person for fun dives

  • A 50 % DEPOSIT  is required for online booking

  • Full balance must be paid on or before the day of your scheduled activity.

  • A 3% bank card processing fee will be added for payments made via credit or debit card.

  • Bookings must be reconfirmed via email and are subject to availability.

Meeting Time & Location

  1. El Nido

    • All participants must arrive at the 200 Bar Dive Shop between 7:30 AM and 7:45 AM on the day of the activity.

    • Late arrivals may result in missed dives with no refund.

  2. Sibaltan

    1. participants must arrive at the 200 Bar Dive Shop – Sibaltan Branch between 7:30 AM and 7:45 AM on the day of the activity.

      Please note that this location is approximately one hour’s drive from El Nido Town.

      Please note that transportation is not included in the dive price. However, we offer packages that include shared van transfers or scooter rentals — feel free to ask us for more details.

PADI eLearning Courses

  • If you enroll in the PADI eLearning option, a personal access code will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

  • The PADI eLearning fee is PHP 10,000 and includes your online learning and digital certification.

  • Once issued, the eLearning fee is non-refundable, regardless of participation.

  • eLearning access is valid for life and accepted at any PADI center worldwide.

Certification & Refresher Policy

Accepted Certification Agencies

We accept divers certified by all major dive agencies including but not limited to:
PADI, SSI, NAUI, CMAS, BSAC, SDI, TDI, RAID, PDIC, ANDI, HSA, IDEA, YMCA and more.

Refresher Course Requirement

  • Last dive over 6 months ago: Refresher course is highly recommended.

  • Last dive over 1 year ago: Refresher may be required depending on conditions and dive type.

Instructor & Dive Ratios

  • 1 Instructor per 2 students maximum

  • 1 Divemaster per 4 certified divers maximum

  • No solo diving is permitted from our boats

  • Private instructors or divemasters are available upon request for an additional cost

Medical & Safety Policy

  • All participants must fill out a Medical Questionnaire before engaging in any diving activity.

  • Any existing medical condition must be declared in advance. A doctor’s clearance may be required.

  • Failure to disclose medical conditions may result in removal from the activity without refund.

Junior Divers Policy

  • Junior divers must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

  • Depth limits apply as per PADI standards:

    • Ages 10–11: Max 12m / 40ft

    • Ages 12–14: Max 18m / 60ft (up to 21m / 70ft with Advanced Certification)

Dive Site Selection

  • While we consider dive site preferences, dive sites cannot be pre-booked or guaranteed.

  • Final site selection is based on weather, sea conditions, and diver experience on board, at the discretion of our dive team.

Dive Sibaltan

The diving season in Sibaltan runs all year. The highest chance to encounter manta rays is between March and June, though sightings may also occur occasionally outside these months. Please note that manta ray encounters are not guaranteed, and no refunds or reimbursements will be issued if mantas are not observed.
